We were in a tight spot in the market when selling our home, and Robin got us the best price available. She was dedicated, diligent, and always available for questions, honest advice, and even some hand-holding when needed. We enjoyed the experience of working with Robin on selling our home, and we used her as our realtor when buying our new home, too. I can honestly say Robin was just as professional and helpful in that process as she was in selling. If we ever have the opportunity to buy or sell our home again, I will absolutely be calling Robin.

My experience has been in the Tri Valley area. I bought a place in Livermore , a short sale, that she worked tirelessly to make happen. She is the hardest working agent and her follow up is outstanding.

Robin Young took us around to look at properties in Lathrop,Rippon,Patterson,Tracy and finally French Camp. We spent several days with Robin. She let us have plenty of time at each house because she knew how important it was to find just the right match. We found a few we liked but either the bedrooms were to small, didn't like the neighborhood, or my biggest problem the neighbors were too close. I would look out the bedroom window and be looking right in at the neighbor's bedroom. Robin knew I wanted some space and a big yard for our dog. We finally found our dream home in French Camp. We could not have done this without Robin. She helped us get the right price and did a fantastic job with closing. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Having her sell our home was like having a friend on the “inside” that was working for us. We used the Compass Concierge Program to help do some upgrades before going to market. Since we had to be out of town when the upgrades were taking place, Robin stepped in and oversaw all the work (even purchasing some of the needed items herself), and it came out beautifully! Robin is very straight forward and professional and kept us apprised of all the details along the way. He took absolutely stunning photos from daylight, twilight and drone shots, all were amazing!
