Since we had to be out of town when the upgrades were taking place, Robin stepped in and oversaw all the work (even purchasing some of the needed items herself), and it came out beautifully! Robin is very straight forward and professional and kept us apprised of all the details along the way. We have worked with multiple other realtors in the past but Robin has a very unique and strategic marketing approach that gave us awesome results! Her Photographer is the best also! He took absolutely stunning photos from daylight, twilight and drone shots, all were amazing! We had 19 offers after 5 days on the market and received an unbelievable offer - more than we could have ever imagined!
